Planning a honeymoon can be stressful, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. My fiancée, at the time (now husband), wanted a magical experience that neither of us has ever experienced before. We knew instantly that we had to go to Disney World for that experience. We contacted Meredith Kerner and asked if she would be willing to make our Disney Dreams come true. Meredith went above and beyond the typical travel agent would do by making the trip and flight planning as easy as possible. We were able to focus on wedding planning while she worked on the honeymoon plans! Whenever my husband and I had questions, Meredith was there with answers. Since Meredith is a seasoned Disney World explorer, I trust her with identifying the most important rides to get on to make the most out of our experience! My husband and I agree that we will be coming back to Disney World and we will be using Meredith as our travel agent!

We were planning a Mediterranean cruise with extra days in Rome. Our trip was postponed three times due to COVID and once for a family emergency. Our trip came to fruition this month. Meredith Kerner assisted us with every step from arranging airfare, our MSC cruise, and private excursions from the ship and in Rome. She even helped plan our VRBO stays. When the airlines changed our reservations, she was on top of it. She even relieved my anxiety by providing us with a folder including all our airline information; our cruise info; and all eight excursions as to where to meet, transportation, date, and times. She was always responsive to our questions in a very timely manner. If she didn't know an answer, she was sure to find it quickly. I've already got another trip scheduled through her for next year.

Like many others, we had to cancel a vacation at the last minute. My husband and I still wanted to get away, and decided to take a trip to Disney World. With all of the new restrictions, we didn't know where to begin. We knew we needed someone with expert knowledge and insight into the many procedures that had to be followed. Meredith Kerner came to the rescue! We had a very short time frame and no expectation for dinner reservations on Disney propery, but she did it, she was able to get us reservations all three nights at coveted Disney restaurants! Ms. Kerner checked in with us prior to our flight to Florida, and again once we arrived to see if there was anything else she could help us with. Our vacation was so relaxing and enjoyable knowing that every last detail had been taken care of! Ms. Kerner's knowledge and dedication to customer service has left no doubt in our minds that we will be asking her to plan vacations for us for 2022!
